NLM primarily invests the personal capital of its limited partners and managers. This approach allows us to take a long-term, value-oriented perspective that permits our portfolio companies to reach their full potential.

NLM closed its second fund, NLM Capital Partners II, L.P. in May, 2007 with total commitments of $55,000,000, bringing total capital under management to nearly $100,000,000. At the end of 2008, NLM had over 75% of its new fund available for investment. We are especially focused on transactions in the following areas:

•  Opportunistic real estate situations
